If any candles are ordered, the shipping method will default to Shipping Code B and those rates will be applied.
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days upon final confirmation of your order, unless we are temporarily out of stock of an item or the item has been discontinued. In either case you will be notified and an estimated ship date will be given, if necessary.
Presently, we ship only to the United States and Canada. Due to Customs, additional fees will apply to Canadian orders. All orders are shipped insured via UPS from Chicago. Transit time is determined by your destination point, usually within 1-7 business days. We ship to the address you specify when you place your order. Additional fees will be applied if your package is returned to us for: insufficient address, diversion of the delivery to a different address while in transit, refusal to accept delivery, or other instances beyond our control.
Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 5 business days upon receipt (DELIVERY) of your order, subject to our approval. You must first notify us, via email or phone, within that timeframe of any returns. Credit will be applied to your credit card for the merchandise amount only –the cost of shipping is non-refundable. Regular shipping rates apply for re-shipments.
